At Ashdown Engineering, we stand by the quality of our amplifiers and bass gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the product in its original heavy-duty packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and drop off the package at an authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
